To extract and analyze your reports, we use OpenAI models as a third-party AI service. AI service providers acting on our instructions may process your data only to deliver the Service to you and are contractually prohibited from using it to train their models.

Data retention by OpenAI depends on the processing features used and the applicable provider terms and settings.

Our team may manually review uploaded documents for customer support or troubleshooting. These reviews do not use your data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models.
