Compare lab results across labs and dates
One result is a snapshot. Your history shows what changed.

Your lab history should not live in scattered PDFs
Results often arrive through different laboratories, portals, emails, and downloads. Names, units, and reference ranges can also vary between reports.
- What was this result last time?
- Has the value changed across several tests?
- Which report did a value come from?
- How can I prepare a useful history for my next appointment?
BioReport is designed to keep that history in one place instead of rebuilding it manually in a spreadsheet.
From a lab report to a longitudinal record
1. Import a report
Upload a supported lab-report PDF. BioReport extracts structured biomarker results so they can be organized in your account.
2. Keep the source context
Each result remains part of a dated report. The original laboratory context matters because units and reference ranges can differ.
3. Match equivalent observations
BioReport uses LOINC normalization to help connect equivalent laboratory observations even when reports use different names. Matching still depends on the information available in the source report.
4. Follow change over time
View repeated results as a history rather than isolated documents. Use the record to prepare questions for a qualified healthcare professional.
Why source context and normalization matter
Two reports may print different names for related observations. Specimens, methods, units, and reference ranges can also differ. LOINC helps identify observations, while the source context remains important when considering whether results can be compared.
Built for organization, not diagnosis
BioReport helps adults organize personal health records and understand how reported values change over time. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, replace medical advice, or provide emergency care.
Always verify important values against the original laboratory report and discuss medical decisions with a qualified professional.
Privacy-focused personal health records
Laboratory reports contain sensitive information. BioReport is built around user-controlled personal health records and provides dedicated privacy information explaining how personal and health data are handled.
Frequently asked questions
Can I track results from different laboratories?
BioReport is designed to organize supported lab-report PDFs from different dates and sources. Report layouts and available data vary, so users should verify extracted results against each original report.
Does BioReport interpret or diagnose my results?
No. BioReport organizes records and shows reported values over time. It is not a diagnostic service, medical device, or substitute for professional medical advice.
Why can the same biomarker look different across reports?
Laboratories may use different printed names, units, methods, specimens, and reference ranges. Those details affect whether two results can be compared directly.
What is LOINC?
LOINC is a standard for identifying laboratory and clinical observations. It can help systems distinguish what was measured beyond the short name printed on a report.
Is BioReport available on mobile?
BioReport is a web application. A native iOS or Android app is not currently offered.
Do you use my data to train AI?
No. BioReport does not use your documents, lab results, personal or health information, or anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified data derived from your uploads to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models. This applies to our own and third-party models. Our AI providers may process your data only to deliver the Service and may not use it to train their models.
